you go to Curacao for American beer, Chilean wine, and Argentinean beef?
Checkout the ostrich farm - out of the way but pretty good restaurant - lots of ostrich, naturally,
Out of the way in the other direction, is Jaanchies. Good conch. Famous for the iguana but I haven't tried it.
try a Rijsttafel, I suggest Rijsttafel Indonesia.
Grill King was really good. I like Bistro Le Clochard. Sjalotte in the Floris Suites hotel. Landhuis Daniel is a good option if you are staying someplace west of town.
ok, there's tons of good restaurants. No actual steakhouse comes to mind though there must be one. There used to be a steakhouse in the Marriot that was wonderful but they closed it.
