Does anyone have any firsthand knowledge of these apartments? The facilities, amenities, onsite diving? Thank you all in advance.

As an apartment I think it's ok I can't find much reviews. But you do need a car or take a taxi to go elsewhere because there is not much there. The Hotel Baoase is close by with high prices.
Across the street there is a Supermarket, so you can buy and prepare your food.
