Thank you everyone for all of the information; this has been very helpful. I have decided that for our purposes, I would choose Kura Hulanda over Habitat if $$ were no object, but I can't imagine it is worth the large increase over All West or Sunshine, so I will stay with All West if I can get everything worked out with airfare. I also would stay at Sunshine, but they are full.
