Read this CNN article. It's pretty sweet, detailing the hi-tech labs run by Fish and Wildlife and other agencies to protect sea turtles and other wild stuff. I was not suprised to discover that severe understaffing only allows the federal lab to take one EIGHTH of the cases sent to it. Yuk.
