The shed that Underwater Safari houses their compressor in is downwind and very close to the cruise ship dock. I worked for a dive operation down there that used tanks filled by Underwater Safari and the air always tasted bad and oily. It's not safe to breathe that air. Blue Island Divers is good and Chris Sawyer has a good reputation as well.
