Anyone knowS anything about the PADI/FFESSM/CMAS/HSA Cross over courses ?

In photography? Why would you need to crossover?
Between FFESSM Niveau 3 or CMAS 3*(I know they are not the same, but it works as if they were) and Rescue with PADI you don't need a course, there has been a convention signed recently.
Niveau 4 and DM are both professional, which is not the case for 4*, they are still working on it.
Living in Belgium it often occurs to me to dive with people from the three agencies and sometimes NAUI and SSI as well.
I've been told that as a PADI DM I could ask for an equivalent 4* by passing a theory exam with one of our MSDT who is also an instructor with CMAS, but I really don't see the need.
If ever I'll get a chance of diving in France, I'll keep my DM card hidden and simply use my Rescue.
