Cressi Edy versus Edy II

Does anyone know the difference (besides about $150 in price)?

The ~$350 Edy looks like a great backup computer / bottom timer.

I also noticed that the feature set was the same and that the Cressi USA website only has info for EDY. I called five Cressi dealers and 4 out of 5 did not know, the fifth dealer said EDY II can do deco gasses. I called LP and they said the two are the same computer, EDY is black with silver ring and the EDY II is black with a black ring.

I personally am not 100% sure, just reporting what I have found but everything I have found so far agrees with LP. I am buying the first EDY based off the feature set (and I like the silver ring) but if there is a Cressi rep floating around I would love to have this verified or corrected...

Yeh, after no response here in the computer board, I tried the Cressi board. They answered right away over there.

That's some expensive black anodizing they use!
