Howdy all,

I am looking to go on a cray dive in a few weeks time down in Victoria and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on catching them? What equipment can/do you use, etc?

I've never done it before so I don't expect to catch anything though I do have hope.

So yeah any advice would be awesome

Thanks

Hi cayal,

Suggest that you look at the following - "Victorian Recreational Fishing Guide 2012" - Recreational Fishing Guide - Department of Primary Industries AND "Rock Lobster (all species)" - Rock Lobster (all species) - Department of Primary Industries

Also, the following organisation may be able to answer some of your questions - Scuba Divers Federation of Victoria (SCUBA DIVERS FEDERATION of VICTORIA) Email: sdfv@sdfv.org.au

Thanks for the info. Helpful in what I can and cannot do.

Hopefully I'll be able to get one or two.
