American needed to see the test going to Roatan, but coming back you only need to "attest" that you in fact had a test prior to leaving Roatan.

Do hotels in Cozumel in general and specifically Casa Mexicana include fridge and microwave?

The Casa included a mini fridge but no microwave or stove. It’s a hotel.
