I am leaving for Cozumel on Sunday. Any restaurants we should visit? Do you have to worry about Montezuma's Revenge in Cozumel?

Thanks

Follow the link above and/or a few searches will lead you to some favorites. La Mission is awesome (Ask for Alex!) :god: . Espescias is truly a diamond in the rough! La Choza, always!

First of all, the usual warning DON'T DRINK THE WATER!!!!!!, bottled water only senor!
other than that, I've had no trouble with the food.
Wow, the list of good places to eat just keeps growing all the time, here's a few
Rock-n-Java for any meal, it's all good especally her desserts.
Prima Pasta and Guito's for Itallian food (yes, italian in mexico)
Casa Denis specalizing in snapper dishes, they have been around for something like 40 years!
The French Qurarter highly recommended by tourists and locals alike
Captain Navagante specializing in grouper, (yum yum)
Ernestos' Fajita Factory good for any meal

Pancho's Backyard, pretty good

Pancho's Backyard was great!

But Montezuma must work in the kitchen there. It tore me up.
I'd try it again though as it was good.

Stay away from Carlos and Charlies. It's just not what it used to be 10 years ago. They've got "hollywood" with the cruise boaters. Two of the worst mararitas I've ever had were there. We poured them out they were so bad. $14 for two of them also. What a waste of time, money, and effort.

Las Perlitas - take a taxi and ask for the seafood platter...squid, octopus, fish ( not sure what kind ) shrimp and lobster tails..enough for three...excellent !!!!! Surprised its not listed on the restaurant list - I believe its off of 65th between 10-12Calle

GREAT GREAT GREAT !!!

DO NOT MISS ! :)
