9 days and counting, of course I don't count today or the day we leave! Is that considered cheating?! I can hardly wait!!

Whatever makes you happy.

Coz makes me happy and 18 days until I'm real happy.

I'm leaving tomorrow, and I'm now planning to stay at SCC until the 17th! Yippee!

Come on down!!! The weather & diving have been fantastic this week!!!:D

Hey, Kat, what's the water temp like? I usually dive in a 3mm and skins in December..but I saw a post that said the water temp got cooler sooner this year.....so I'm wondering how cold it actually is.
What's the land temp like, too ? Last year I brought a sweater for night and could have used a coat!!:D

I've been getting readings of 79-81 degrees water temp. Wore just a skin all week, but then cold doesn't bother me too much. Windbreaker for the boat might be good. Today the weather took a shift and the winds are much stronger, and from the south. Waves are up quite a bit and the boats seem to be staying more to the northern reefs. Looks like we timed our trip perfectly between fronts moving in last week and this week.

As for evenings on land, don't know the temps, but we've been fine in shorts and T's so far.

I was informed this morming that Guido's has just reopened.

Checked this out on the way home tonight: Guido's is open and their new patio is beautiful.

Speaking of openings, Jeannie who was the original owner of Jeannie's Waffle House that has changed hands on at least two occasions has opened up shop in the Hotel Flamingo. Just lucky enough to be staying at the Flamingo. Great omellettes and of course waffles at a great price and cozy setting. Calle 6 N between the waterfront and 5th.
