i seriously can't wait.....so excited....already got an email from scuba-du...they sound very nice and professional.....we're staying at the presidente.

Our favorite is Santa Rosa wall....absolutely alive with life and you just fly along the side of it! And, do the night dive...no fear....you're going to love it and, NO, it's not too much for your first time there. Have fun!

That's a good primer, you'll see a lot...

You'll love Scuba Du, they are very safety conscious. Ask to dive with Geovanni, he is definitely our fave over there.

Don't sweat a night dive, they will do it at Paradise reef, just North of the hotel. Current is usually nothing to worry about there. If they don't have any night dives planned, do one yourself right off of the hotel. the shore diving there is awesome, last year we saw numerous Octopus, Eels, Squid etc. on our night dives. Presidente has a great beach which makes entering & exiting a snap.

Cedral Pass is one of the better "second" sites.

Photography can be a challenge if you're trying to get a closeup. The current is always trying to drag you away so you can end up using a lot of air. Focus on your breathing.

It isn't hard to take good photos on drift dives, but take a lot of them! Keep in mind that if you are trying to get some good shots, you will burn more air trying to maneuver in the current. Just keep an eye on your air.

All in all you'll see great fish and coral, probably fall in love with night dives (they are the best), and wish you were staying in Coz longer.
