Yes, one of the original water heaters. Born 1994, last hydro May 2017, out of VIP. Modular valve with 5250 PSI burst disk. The stats I have are a without valve weight of 38.8 lbs; buoyancy full -10.08; empty -2.98. These figures came from the internet a while ago and I can no longer find the reference -- I believe they are in the ballpark but I can't guarantee them. With the valve and tank boot and essentially empty , it's 42.4lbs on my scale.

The last place that hydro'd the tank made a mess of the stamp, but it is legible in person.
