Cougar Ace: world's newest wreck dive?

It doesn't actually look like the ship is sinking, just listing horribly. Interesting. Are they sure it is going to sink? If the top hatches are sealed, can't they keep it afloat and tow it in? It almost looks like the cargo shifted, throwing the balance of the ship off, but from the pictures and video above it doesn't appear to be actually sinking.
 
An update. It has been towed to Adak and is being righted. Reports say only a few cars were damaged. 1 death from the accident. They got the crew off safely then a marine surveyor sliped on the deck and died.... Good news is not another environmental disaster, bad news is that I don't get to be the first to dive the new wreck. Im going to be in Adak next week. Crap! :-)
