Costa Rica - Tortuga Island?

I'm going to be in Jaco for one week, and was planning on diving Tortuga Island. I would love to dive Coco and Cano Islands, but do not have time to on this trip (but I will one day!!).

Does anyone know what the diving is like there?

I was also going to dive with Herradura divers. Are they good to dive with?

The only info Ive seen on diving Tortuga, was about double the price of what you should pay for a dive in CR and I think aimed at the cruise ship crowd. From Jaco I think you would be better off to go 1.5 hours south to Quepos and Manual Antonio, there are a couple of dive shops there.
