We are headed to Costa Rica at the end of October to dive with Rocket Frog Divers. What spec wet suits are recommended?

I am also curious. I am heading there a few weeks later, and hesitating between 3mm full suit+2mm hooded vest, or buying a 5mm full suit.

Been a bunch of years, but we went there in October. You will be transitioning out of the rainy period so could be rainy still. We dove 3mm full with vests and I don't recall being cold. Of course you have to know your own cold tolerance...

I dove with Rocket Frog off of the north coast and wore a three mil shorty in December (I think). I was cold at the end of the second dive. I'm glad they talked me into wearing a shorty.
