Douglas/Nitro has moved on to Maya Palms (formerly Maya Ha) where he has taken on dive bookings then proceeded to not show up for the people he booked ..... this happened to my group, as well as kman458 a few weeks before us. In both cases, unbeknownst to us, he had Blue Ha take over ..... you can check out the whole story over on Cruise Critic .... it's not pretty, and as far as I'm concerned, Douglas really doesn't seem to show much concern for the customers he books. (and why is he posting about himself like he's someone else??)

On the flip side, Tanya was very nice ... so if you're going to dive in Costa Maya, you might as well go straight to her .... you might end up there anyway......
