How much I had spent in scuba diving is one thing I never counted/calculated. All history. However, how much I would like to spend for my next trip is entirely different story.
I have already decided few yrs ago that I would only concentrate to dive around SE Asia and use budget airline only. Accommodation and mode of local transport is never an issue because of yrs of backpacking experience I had learnt over last 40 yrs. My comfort level is pretty low except on the reputation of the dive operators that I used.
Scuba diving is just an recreational sport and I can easily just give it up if money is an issue.
Only live once so enjoy it while you can.
