Fill Express... for 21/35 - is 35¢ per cubic foot. So it would be $70 for 200 cu/ft.

Truk Lagoon: He $4.50 a cu ft............
Vancouver BC and Victoria BC, about $1.00 to $1.00 a cu ft. About $.75 cu ft if you buy it and fill yourself.

$4.50! Sweet Jesus! Makes me glad I only pay 1.14/cft for He. Maybe I should invest in my own He, not sure how the building manager and the other residents on my apartment building would like that though... maybe if I filled some balloons for them or something.

$5 for a trimix (21/35) fill that lasts 5 hours of diving and not depth dependent. Oh, that's in a 12 cf diluent bottle. One of the big reasons I switched to a rebreather.

My Helium fills are dirt cheap... I'm talking $3 for 4 dives!

...oh, wait, you're talking about open circuit aren't you?

;)

Welcome to the group bud, make sure you sign up on the buddy finder thingy.

Until I hit rock bottom brokenness, I try to dive blue water every other weekend. Having to lay low next few weeks to prepare for a Corpus Christi oil rig trip. However in the next few weeks poke your head in the white non marked dive trailer to say hello.

I'm trying to find a ballance between hunting, diving, working, sleeping. Grrrrrr

It didn't take too many trips where my gas cost was over $100 by the time you added up a full set of trimix doubles and deco bottles to make rebreather diving seem cost effective:) - of course, it just "seemed" cost effective since by the time you add in O2 sensors and sorb..., but it sure is nice to have a gas bill for a week of diving that is less than what I would have spent in day on OC - and my bailout bottles generally don't get used at all so maybe two fills a season - now if there was just a Fill Express in every town...

Not sure on the rigs just yet, but we are booked with:
