I have several questions on the Corsair sunk off of Reef point near Laguna Beach~Some one must have the answers in their file-log?????

*When did it crash?
*Who was the pilot?

*Who discovered it after it had sunk?
*What year was it discovered underwater?

*Articles published on the Corsair in CDN, magazines,club newsletters etc..

*Cordinates to the site?

Any other interesting tid-bits would be appreciated,

The information contained on the web site is some what complete , but does contain a certain amount errors and ommisions..

Still who discovered it and when?

However, I was searching for the date of the crash and the aviators name and that site supplied it, for that I am grateful.

Any other information?

More info here, but I could have sworn I read somewhere who found it, when, and who the reservist was who crashed it.
