Cool Pix L11 Suggestions???

I am getting the L11 with the Ikelite housing and the D51 strobe next week. I know this camera doesn't have full manual settings, so was wondering if anyone can tell me a good place to start with the settings on the camera? What are the recommended setting for this camera and strobe?

Any suggestions on where to start will be greatly appreciated.

But im Getting a fantasea housing from scuba.com cause its only $170. instead of ikelite $300.
