Sherwood sells a DIN conversion fitting; see attachment. It fit both my 1986-vintage Brut, and my 2004-vintage Magnum. It's not an adapter... it makes a first stage, as far as I know, identical to an original DIN.
Not exactly "permanent"... I saved the old yoke fittings, and can convert back anytime I want or need to.
I got mine from LeisurePro; they're listed as "Sherwood 300 Bar Din Conversion Kit," for $44.95. I had an LDS put them on during annual service, no additional charge.
