I have your housing for an Olympus StylusTough 6000 (Ikelite model 6230.60). I like everything about it except the control that turns the camera settings dial. It slips and doesn't always turn the dial. Is there something I can put on there to get it to stick and turn the dial? Maybe scuff it with sandpaper, or even cut a little piece of velcro/two-sided tape? :dontknow:

Thanks,
Steve

Steve,

Thank you for the inquiry. The black knob that is attached to that control shaft on the outside of the housing is attached using a set screw. This set screw accepts a 1/8 inch allen wrench. Loosen this set screw slightly and pull the black knob out (away from housing). Once you have done this tighten the set screw back down. This will effectively make that control shaft longer, resulting in more friction between the camera and the control's grip.

John / Ikelite
