Come to NC. DAN global HQ is here. They have various classes and such that I am sure you could find benefit in. Since you are a physician diver You might be able to arrange a tour or something involving the Hyperbaric facility here at Duke, it's literally 10 minutes from DAN. Also, a mere 2.5 hours to the coast and you can dive with all of the wrecks and sharks you can handle. Diving offshore here is an adventure but you should be Advanced and Nitrox certified at least. Most(not all) of the good wrecks etc are between 75-120 feet deep and accordingly most of the ops here bank EAN30, they can give you whatever gas mix you want but the bank the 30
