Good question, I rarely ever see them advertised in the Philippines.
They've got some Philippines contact info for something called a "scientific committee". You might try there.

thanks. We have not seen you for a LONG time. You should be able to get a ticket coming down the club ( I hope). The reason for asking CMAS address is that my daughter got CMAS Jr. OW but real C card has not arrived. I guess the shop is just dodgy but need to investigate what actually is happening.
