Conshelf Differences?

They can be a bit harder to find and there are adapters available. Considering a hose should (could) last a good 8-10 years, not too much of a problem.
Performance......well, you have to come up with something to try and sell new product.....
No practical difference between 3'8" and 1/2" for the end user.
Hose routing on the SE is not my favorite....all ports are at 90 degrees to each other.....minor quibble.
 
Well I got a set off of ebay $62 incl. shipping. have not received the unit yet but it looks like it is in good condition.

Am in the Philippines so cost to have it serviced is not very high and I gather parts are fairly easy to find. I have a SE2 that has been so trouble free for the last twenty years I thought this would be a good reg for back up. It has 4 lp ports and 1 hp port. I mistakenly assumed the ports would be set up similarly.

Yeah, I agree about the hose routing. I like the routing on my SP Mk10 so much better. The Conshelf has been such a reliable reg and the routing is easy enough to overcome.
