I just got in mail my Oceanic Delta IV and additional to that getting backup pressure and dept gauge, AI computer, octopus and BC hose.
When I am going to connect those hoses (from AI comp, gauge, octo, BC) to regulator - should I use some kind of "PTFE THREAD SEAL TAPE" or just connect directly, without?

What is right way to do this, not to void the warranty and have the hoses secured enough for use with regular air and nitrox ?

No tape,just the O-rings.
And don't use ant force.

Don't use any type of sealant on the threads, you can apply a LITTLE bit of silicone grease to the Oring if you like. Start the hoses by hand only and only use a wrench to snug them up. And SNUG is key here, there is no need to tighten them a lot and doing so may cause damage to the fitting or reg. If they leak, tighting them more is not the answer, you have some kind of Oring issue and it must be addressed.
