And get a fresh one, or order direct from Analox! I barely found my order from April 2010 when I asked a supplier for a deal for an O2 Eii sensor and a few other things, and he gave me a deal - but the sensor he sent was manufactured in 2007! I hardly ever used it really, just like to have my own handy mostly, keep it with a sensor saver and inside a Pelican box, but it failed after two years.
Analox does offer a prorated 3 year warranty so that helped, but I do feel like I was shafted by my retail supplier - and my buying attitude has certainly changed.
I'm not naming the supplier as it could happen anywhere. Anyone know how to read the production date? I'd sent my unit in to Analox along with my CO unit and asked them to check both, and they were great. At least the year & half old CO unit passed with no calibration needed.
