There seems to be several good approaches to dealing with a computer failure.

For me, I know and have planned most of my dives before going in so I know what my bottom time is limited to. I just go up a few minutes before the plan. This of course, gets more serious as the planned depth and time increases.

If I'm just bouncing around 30'-50' on a single tank, I'll just continue to dive and record the dives upon my return then start shopping for a new computer.:wink:
