My Oceanic Data Plus is flashing the low battery symbol so it seems a good time to look into replacing the battery. It looks like a fairly simple, user-replaceable battery compartment that screws off the back.

I'm wondering, though, whether I should have anything specific available after replacing the battery to test it. IE a pressure pot or something. I currently have nothing to test it with after replacing the battery but I'm willing to put something together if necessary. So what all should I have/do after replacing the battery?
