Just for the record: It is not novice diving, depths offshore are 85' - 120' (usually in the sand) depending on the wreck and the height of the profile. I like people to have advanced training and nitrox certification but do not always require it if the level of experience is there. I had nearly 200 dives before I got AOW and close to 1000 before I did my technical training. In my eyes, experience is more important than the training, but nothing is better than training and experience.
