I lived in seattle for 6 years, logged well over 1000 dives in that area as a commercial diver. I did alot of work in scuba underneath yachts...In the ballard locks, I have seen the temp as low as 34 degrees with ice forming on top. Scubapro 650 never froze up or failed.
