I too have suffered for years from: Frigidous Extremetus. (cold feet) in my dry suit.

I tried 3 mm neoprene surf socks but my feet sweat and got cold . I tried double layers of socks etc.

The solution that works for me is felt boot liners for snow mobile boots.

They are cheap, about 6-8 $ a pair.

AND THEY WORK!

Since I switched to them my feet have been comfy warm.
