Yep, first dive is a mooring. They'll slide up on a float, grab the tagline floating behind it and tie. The other end is connecting to a large concrete mooring block. Reef safe. In fact many loations the mooring black has become habitat.Do the boats in CocoView moor when at the dive sites? Or is it a drift diving scenario? Wondering if I can practice deploying my SMB while there in August.
