The last time I was there was mid-August. 5mm+hooded vest. Remember to keep some type of sun protection on your head while going, coming, and waiting around in the panga.
 
I'll mention that the suit thickness is related to the temperature that your body is acclimated to. If your body is used to a relatively high temperature and humidity, then the temperature you perceive as cool will be higher than someone who is used to a more moderate temperature. That's not a revelation, that just means that if you are used to a cooler climate you're not going to get cold as easily or need the same thickness wetsuit.
