In less than a month my wife and I will be in Belize, staying at Coco Beach Resort with six, 2-tank dives scheduled with Tuff E Nuff. Looking for some input on recent service and experiences from both these places, what to expect, and what to ask for. It's too late to make changes but I would like to know what to expect and maybe some hidden gems anyone may have found as far as restaurants and local culture go. We really don't like hanging out in resorts, preferring instead to walk the local streets and experience local customs. My searches on the net are really too mixed with Mayan excursions and such to get a really good handle on their dive operations. Any help is appreciated.
