Cochran Commander and EMC-16

Can someone please tell me the difference between the Cochran Commander (last version) and the new EMC-16?

As far as I can tell, they are basically identical except for the fact that the EMC-16 can use a single 3V Lithium battery (CR12600SE or CR2NP) instead of the usual (2) 1.5 N-Cell size Alkaline batteries.

They look about the same a few feature changes, but the commander shown is the commander plus.....Did you look at the comparison feature on Cochran's website?
