Really good deal. If I wasn't going to Bonaire this summer, I would consider seriously.
The shore diving at Cobalt is outstanding and Divetech runs an OK boat dive operation. If the weather is conducive, they usually dive north wall sites.
Food at Cobalt is very good as well.
