Yes about 24 -1/4'' and you can go a little shorter but not by much. I have 2 pounds at battery level, and I put about 4+ pounds in the nose to have perfect trim. so like @tbone1004 mentioned it would be risky to shorten more than another inch.
I really recommend to install the Smart DPV controller from @Jona Silverstein. the gears make the scooter so much more enjoyable and quiet. And you can, after your dive, download battery temp, motor temp and much more to see what is happening inside.
