I am planning a trip to Clearwater in early March, and was considering diving one day.
Can anyone give me information on what ocean temps and other conditions might be?
This is a family trip, so any diving will be added bonus.
Thank you all responses.

We scrapped a dive set for this coming Sunday. According to the boat captain the ledges off Clearwater Beach haven't recovered well from the red tide last year. Hardly anything is down there to see. Most of the grouper that make the ledges home are gone. Viz is pretty bad and bottom temp is about 52 degrees. I hate to be the bearer of bad news and I hope to God that someone who has been down there recently can say I'm wrong.
