Clearwater area

It looks like I'll be in the Clearwater area for a week or so from Feb 13. I'll be staying with a family friend so the choice of location was not mine. Am I in good shape for some diving? Anyone around here up for some dives with a few Freaks (Ontario Freshwater type ? I'm also looking to do a cavern course and mabey a few cavern dives depending on conditions.

I can do a weekend cavern with you as long as your certified.
The state parks are cheap.
The comercial are $27 and there are some that let OW into the caverns. Are you looking to do the cavern course down here or are you doing it before you come down?

I'm looking to do the course down there early in my stay, then get in some bottom time. There will be 2 or 3 of us, 2 for sure AOW almost done Rescue and mabey an OWSI. Any recomendations where to get my cavern cert?

j-valve check out (tanks a lot) out of clearwater beach if you are looking for some off shore wreck diving. good group to dive with.

Might also want to check out Sea Fox Charters out of Dunedin or Narcosis Scuba Center in Tarpon Springs.
