Clearly Cayman Resorts Anniversary Sale in December 2018

The Clearly Cayman and Reef Divers Resorts on Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, and Cayman Brac are offering a 25th Anniversary Sale in December 2018. You get free Nitrox, and free Nitrox certification (if desired).

When they say "free diving, free meals" it just refers to their usual all-inclusive package that includes meals and 2 morning boat dives but you can add afternoon dives for $25 each, which I believe is the usual rate. The free Nitrox is a savings, they usually charge $12 per tank for Nitrox - that's pretty standard throughout the Caymans. The prices listed are based on double occupancy so they may charge more for a solo traveler.

The Cobalt Coast site on Grand Cayman includes free unlimited shore dives, but December is a risky month for shore diving on that end of the island because they often get "winded out" during the winter months.

Here are more details about the 25th anniversary sale, see the link below. I was wrong when I said that $25 per tank was the usual rate for the afternoon dives. They are usually $40 per tank.

$25 is a sale, 5 afternoon dives for $125 is a discount off the usual $200 - it's not a big discount, but for 2 divers it works out to a $150 savings, and that's good!
