I have had a problem the last few times I been divivng with my right ear not clearing after the first dive. I can make it down about 15 ft but after that the ear closes off and I can't clear it after that point and have to end the dive. Any help would be apreciated.

Start on the surface keep clearing every breath on the way down. keep air in them tubes and dont give it a chance to close up. I have to do that or I have problems also. I start clearing as soon as my buddy and I give the OK to go down sign and I keep clearing even before head is complety submerged. and I keep clearing all the way until I level off at depth. Also it might help to try and go down feet first that is what I do.
