what operating system & software package are you using on your computer to download the data? I also have a hyperAqualand and I can't seem to make citizen the software go with Win 10, and wasn't able to get it to talk nice with subsurface either...

I have a bit of a lashup.

MacBook Pro
MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave
VMWare Fusion Pro 8.5.10
Windows 10 64-bit Build 18362
Aqualand Graph Nx version 5.0.0.0
USB to Serial Adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QG83YVC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

I spent an embarrassingly long time failing to get a successful transfer.

I hadn't read enough of the manual, I was forgetting to put the watch in TRANSFER mode!

I also had to take the watch completely out of the strap to get it down far enough into the cradle to get the serial pins set properly. Even the NATO strap was enough to raise the contacts above the pins, I *think*.

Good luck!

Hi guys, I've a good offer of getting a similar watch like this, and I thought I could use it as my backup of my main dive computer. I'm wondering if it is possible to get the read out for average depth from this watch during a dive?

Cheers!
