Every time I start the Aqualand Graph 2.1 software, I get an "out of memory" message. I am running Windows 2000. Has anyone else hit this problem? Solved it? Have any ideas how to get help from Citizen? Any help would be appreciated. By the way, I have loaded this software on a couple of different computers and I alway get this problem. I have downloaded the most up to date software (available 10/2003) and I still have this problem.

Sounds like a memory problem in your computer.
Go to the control panel and reset the vitrual memory parameters for your computer.

Kraken, that is a good thought. My RAM is 1 gig. I reset my virtual memory to the max (4098MB) and I still get the same result "insufficient memory". There is nothing else running on the computer, so I am really stuck.

Here's another little trick you may want to try . . .
Do a file search for "Cookies", really, I'm not kidding.
Delete all the "Cookie" files.
Look in your "Temporary Internet Files" folder/sub-directory (old DOS user) and delete those also.
