Chinese New Yoar in Bali

Another question... my trip will coincide with Chinese New Year. What can I expect? Will it drive up prices and bring hordes of people, or is it a non-event on the Island?

Book your flights & hotels early... Basically a large portion of Asia is on holiday that weekend/week and Bali as a prime holiday destination will get its share of tourists.

You should be ok... Although many people are traveling around CNY, Bali has lots of capacity... Beware however that you can get a fair bit of rain around that time, especially around Ubud.
