My family will be staying at the Costa Linda resort on Aruba during the second week of May. My wife and I would like to do some diving while there, either from shore or possibly a boat trip.

First question - are there any shore dives very close to this resort (southern end of Eagle Beach)? I checked ShoreDiving.com and it looks like most of the good shore spots are to the south (Baby Beach, etc).

Second Question - I have asked the resort about their child care options, but I was wondering if anyone knew of outside child care services, either independent or possibly even offered through dive shops? I think it would be really neat to be able to bring the kids (ages 6 and 2) with us to where we would shore dive and let them play with a sitter (and hopefully some other kids) during our dives.

Last Question - Any other divers with kids (I guess we're DWIKs :-) visiting Aruba at that time who may be interested in getting together? Possibly doing something like one person from each couple watch the kids while the other 2 buddy up for diving?

Thanks for any tips,

Eric
