I have hit Haigh Quarry, and will be hitting both the lake and Pearl a lot this summer.

Are there any additional dive sites that are within reasonable driving distance (NW Indiana, Illinois, Southern Wisconsin)?

I do ice diving in Geneva Lake Wisconsin. Just across the border from Pearl Lake. Lake Wazee in mid-Wisconsin is good as well.

Lake Michigan wreck diving. Lots of charters doing a wide range of depths.

Redgranite quarry can be good and we hope Devil's Lake will be improving with the new treatment.

I have heard of the Haigh site, and another one has me interested.
Does anyone know if diving is allowed in Bird Park Quarry...also in Kankakee? I understand it is extremely deep, with a crane with it's boom fully extended, and a vintage cadillac?
