Does anyone have experience with this shop--particularly taking the Master Diver course? The owner seems very experienced, and I am considering it as a more equipment-neutral alternative to GUE/UTD Fundamentals courses.

NAUI Master Scuba diver is a good class, I assist in teaching NAUI, but it is not inherently an alternative to GUE/UTD. It might inherently cover more physiology, rescue, and maybe physics. And it gives several dives with which to work on skills. But whether you get the buoyancy, trim, and propulsion training of GUE/UTD would depend on the instructor and their wanting to do that. I don't know anything about that shop.

Two old threads that may help:
- NAUI Master Diver vs NAUi Divemaster
- Naui master diver vs divemaster water skills?
