Chat function giving a "Blocked plug in" screen.

When I click on Chat I get a blocked plug in message. I click the hyperlink to get the plug in and install it, but after install it still doesn't work.

The Chat is a Java App that we are not even hosting on the site. It's completely separate.

If you're having issues with Java, I would suggest you go to java.com: Java + You and get the right version for your system and browser.
